Could this card be the new draw card of choice if Claydol and Uxie get rotated out?  While yo do have to shuffle your hand into you deck, you control when you play the card and it could be used to prevent yourslef from decking if you have a ton of cards in your hand.

This card doesn't replace Claydol and uxie. Since it isn't a continuous draw and makes you shuffle your hand into your deck. This card is situational at best, and as stated on earlier threads there are cards that are better than this like Looker's Investigation for example.

Eh, don't get me wrong, I like this card. But I think I'll stick with something more versatile like Looker's or Cynthia's Feelings.
No mere supporter is going to replace Pokemon like that.

Eh I think Professor Oak's New Theory > Cynthia's in the fact that you are guaranteed 6 cards rather than depending on if you lost a pokemon last turn.

true, but I included it as an example of a card that has more than one uses. Not the best choice obviously, but I couldn't think of anyhting else off the top of my head.

copycat helps shiftry a lot, but I wouldn't say it makes it competitive.
